Things to Do When the Sun Goes Down in Eden

I have been enjoying my endearing vacation on the Maui Island. Having explored the varieties of Maui attractions, I’m now all dressed up to paint the town red!

The exotic Maui Island is home to many fun-filed nightspots. Lahaina & Waikiki are the two most happening towns for after dark entertainment. Enjoy the sunset cruises, Lu'au and Polynesian Revues. When the sun goes down the beat picks up, and the island’s rhythms turn to dining, dance and music.

Bars
Though there a variety of bars that serve drinks and dance, we recommend Warren & Annabelle’s (Lahaina Center, 900 Front St) a happening nightspot that portrays a friendly atmosphere.

Here, Magician Warren Gibson entices his guests into a swank nightclub with red carpets and a gleaming mahogany bar and plies them with appetizers, desserts (rum cake, crème brûlée), and "smoking cocktails." Then he performs tableside magic while his ghostly assistant, Annabelle, tickles the ivories

Another popular brewpub in Maui is the Hapa’s Brew house (41 E Lipoa St, Lipoa Center, Kihei) known for its live music and other entertainments. On any given night, you'll find individual performers, rock bands, comedians, and more. The sound and lighting systems are first-rate, and the space is arranged so that everyone enjoys a good vantage point.

For more pleasure, head towards Tiki Bar (West Maui) that exhibits an intimate atmosphere. Tiki offers a selection of tasty treats and top-notch drinks.

Nightclubs
After some fine wining I decided to drop in at the happening Maui nightclubs a la Maui style.I stopped at Napili Kai Beach Club Keiki Hula Show (5900 Lower Honoapi'ilani Hwy) a live show performed by young kids. Expect to be charmed as well as entertained when 30 children ages 6 to 17 take you on a dance tour of Hawai'i, New Zealand, Tahiti, Samoa, and other Polynesian islands.

The talented youngsters make their own ti-leaf skirts and fresh-flower leis. They give the leis to the audience at the end of the show. This is a nonprofessional but delightfully engaging review, and the 80-seat oceanfront room is usually sold out.
